About the Project

With excellent equipment and professional service, NMS wins the recognition of Shaanxi Coal Chemical and New Material Group, and the two sides cooperate again in Jingyang.

A 1500 t/h aggregates project stands in the North of Jing River and at the piedmont of Cuo e Mountain. The over 600-meter conveyor belt passes through the tunnel, connecting the primary and secondary crushing workshops blocked by the mountain. The project is invested by Jingyang Zhonghao Building Materials Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Coal Chemical and New Material Group Co., Ltd., and is constructed and operated by Sinohydro Bureau No. 9 Co., Ltd.

This project adopts 2 sets of grizzly feeders, 2 sets of jaw crushers, 6 sets of single cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and 9 sets of large-scale circular vibration screens manufactured by NMS. The project has the advantages of simple process flow, energy saving, green environmental protection and low power consumption.

The raw material of the project is limestone with high silica content, which is difficult to be crushed. Therefore, the equipment is required to have strong wear resistance, stable performance and energy saving. Since the trial production in April 2020, the equipment has been running stably and has reached the expected capacity. The finished products are mainly 0-5mm manufactured sand, and 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm aggregates.
