11 Months of Reliable Protection: GIS Earns Customer Trust with Quality and Service

In addition to the mantles and concaves, GIS also supplied other key spare parts for the crusher, including the spider bushing, main shaft sleeve, and eccentric bushing. Previously, the company had helped the client upgrade the crusher’s protection and control systems. The next step will be to assist in chamber optimization, with the goal of increasing throughput and enhancing economic returns.

Upon arrival, they immediately assessed the wear condition of the removed liners and other components, while also conducting a comprehensive inspection of the crusher’s operating status. Once the new parts arrived on site, GIS service engineers provided on-site technical guidance to ensure correct installation and successful commissioning. The entire service process was efficient and well-coordinated, minimizing downtime. The equipment maintenance cycle was significantly reduced from the original 20 days to just 15 days. During the visit, GIS engineers also offered optimization advice and conducted on-site training for project technicians, enhancing the client’s maintenance capabilities.
