(NMS) held the opening ceremony of its first “Efficiency Month” event on June 28th. The ceremony was attended by NMS Chairman and CEO Li Shunshan, Vice Presidents Liu Min and Wen Jinsong, as well as department representatives. Speech by Li Shunshan, Chairman and CEO of NMS
In his speech, Li Shunshan emphasized that efficiency is the “lifeline” of a company’s survival and development. Faced with intensified industry competition and the dual challenges of industrial upgrades, NMS must adopt a reform-oriented spirit, embedding efficiency awareness throughout the entire business operation chain. Speech by Wen Jinsong, Vice President and Director of the Financial Center at NMS
During the event, Wen Jinsong delivered a speech titled “Talking About Efficiency from a Financial Perspective.” He systematically reviewed the core logic of the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, analyzing the underlying logic of corporate profitability through key indicators like return on equity (ROE), market value analysis, and operating income. By comparing data from peers, Wen pointed out that NMS has shown stable market performance and significant results in its business transformation. Moving forward, NMS must continue to balance the interests of creditors, governments, shareholders, and other stakeholders, deepen efficiency management, and achieve win-win outcomes for all parties.
To promote the practical implementation of efficiency improvement, a topic unveiling ceremony was held, where departments including production, R&D, and marketing jointly identified 15 key topics covering areas such as process optimization, workflow simplification, and enhanced management. In the benchmarking case-sharing segment, representatives from the Production Manufacturing Center, Marketing and Sales Center, and Financial Center shared their innovative practices in lean production, sales maximization, and financial empowerment, offering actionable efficiency improvement paradigms for the entire workforce.
