NMS Smart Equipment Supports the Launch of Anhui Jiaokong Group’s Kejia Village Mine Project

Recently, the Kejia Village Mine project in Dongzhi County, Anhui Province, officially began full-scale production. Over 20 sets of large-scale intelligent crushing equipment provided by Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (NMS) have been put into operation simultaneously.

As a key project in Anhui Province and part of Dongzhi County’s integrated national land ecological restoration and green mining development project, the Kejia Village Mine project adopts an innovative “Mine, Corridor, Park, and Port” four-in-one model. The annual design capacity for the project is 60 million tons. The project is being built in two phases, with each phase designed to handle 30 million tons per year.

In the core crushing section of the project, NMS has customized an intelligent solution for the Kejia Village Mine, deploying a total of 21 sets of high-end crushing equipment. This includes 6 CC large single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 5 HS efficient impact crushers, and 10 VS ultra-large vertical shaft impact crushers. The equipment features internationally advanced crushing technology and intelligent control systems, optimizing particle shape and achieving precise gradation control. Additionally, the energy-efficient design significantly reduces unit energy consumption. With a fully enclosed production workshop and dust removal system, dust emissions meet national discharge standards.

 “The CC single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers we’ve equipped at the Kejia Village Mine are designed based on the principle of lamination crushing, offering large processing capacity, high crushing efficiency, and low energy consumption. The equipment uses a six-channel independent dustproof technology, which greatly improves dust control and extends the life of lubricating oil. It is also equipped with a next-generation overload protection system that reacts faster and has stronger overload capacity, effectively handling complex working conditions,” said the project manager from NMS. “The VS vertical shaft impact crushers, with their waterfall overflow crushing chamber and patented centralized feeding technology (patent number: ZL201711137024.1), ensure precise feed alignment. These crushers operate smoothly, with a single unit capable of processing up to 1,000 tons per hour, fully meeting the client’s demands.”
