NMS Mining Service Technology, Chudao Rock Drilling, and Hubei Heyuan Gas Forge Overseas Partnership

On August 13, NMS Mining Service Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NMS Mining Service) signed strategic cooperation agreements with Hubei Chudao Rock Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chudao Rock Drilling) and Hubei Heyuan Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hubei Heyuan Gas). The three parties will integrate their respective strengths in green low-carbon rock-breaking technology, core gas material supply, overseas market networks, and engineering services, working together to explore the rapidly growing overseas mining market. Mr. Li Shunshan, Chairman and President of NMS, and General Manager of NMS Mining Service, Mr. Liu Bo, Chairman of Chudao Rock Drilling, and Mr. Yang Tao, Chairman and General Manager of Hubei Heyuan Gas, jointly attended and signed the agreements.

At the signing ceremony, NMS Mining Service and Chudao Rock Drilling entered into an exclusive technology licensing agreement. According to the agreement, Chudao Rock Drilling will grant NMS Mining Service the full set of patents and usage rights for its innovative “Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) Green Low-Carbon Wet Drilling” and “Supercritical Liquid Air Energy Storage (LAES) Biomass Gasification Rock Breaking” technologies. NMS Mining Service will be the sole overseas licensee and exclusive agent for these technologies. This move provides strong technical support for NMS Mining Service’s overseas market deployment.

Subsequently, NMS Mining Service and Hubei Heyuan Gas signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, officially establishing a long-term and extensive overseas strategic partnership. In the future, the two companies will cooperate deeply in market expansion, product supply, service support, and talent training, realizing resource sharing and complementary advantages.

During the ceremony, leaders from the three companies shared insights on the strategic significance of the cooperation, covering perspectives from global strategy, technological innovation, and industrial chain synergy.
