Recently, NMS received a letter of commendation from China National Gold Group Jiangxi Mining Co.,Ltd, a subsidiary of China National Gold Group. The letter highly recognized the superior performance of NMS equipment and professional service, with special praise for Zhou Yahui, a service engineer from Jiangxi Gold Intelligent Service Engineering Co., Ltd. (GIS), an NMS subsidiary.

According to the letter, the NMS 2MOS3675 synchronous elliptical screen has been operating stably for five years, while the newly purchased ZKR3045H linear screen has run efficiently for eight months. Both machines have demonstrated reliable performance, low failure rates, and ease of maintenance, providing a solid foundation for production. Behind this success lies the dedicated support of the NMS service team—especially the outstanding commitment of Engineer Zhou Yahui, which left the client “deeply impressed and touched.”

The letter highlighted Zhou’s sense of responsibility during both commissioning and daily O&M. He proactively identifies potential issues on-site—even minor loosened components—and resolves them with precision. Notably, when troubleshooting the 2MOS3675H screen, Zhou guided the client’s team step by step from theory to practice, enabling them to quickly pinpoint and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring production stability. His professionalism and dedication have made him a trusted bridge between both sides.

Zhou joined GIS’s Customer Service Center in 2022, bringing with him 14 years of machining experience. With strong knowledge of equipment design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards, he quickly transitioned into after-sales technical services through systematic training at NMS.

His first project was Zhejiang Jiangxin Mining, where he spent eight months participating in every stage—from leveling and single-machine testing to commissioning with load. He tackled challenges such as low screening efficiency and unqualified aggregate gradation by leading chute modifications, screen replacements, and amplitude adjustments. Despite pandemic disruptions, labor shortages, and technical adjustments, Zhou completed the work on schedule, transforming a barren site into a modern production line—an achievement that gave him deep professional pride.

Since then, Zhou has supported multiple projects including Dongtuo Mining and Makin Mining, gaining experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. In April 2023, he also traveled to Nigeria for an NMS overseas project, expanding his expertise under international and complex working conditions.

In August 2023, Zhou was tasked with overseeing a seven-day overhaul at Jiangxi Jinshan Mining. Arriving a day in advance, he conducted detailed inspections, documented equipment issues, and worked with NMS R&D to design tailored maintenance solutions. His professionalism ensured smooth equipment operation and earned the client’s trust, leading them to once again choose NMS for their flotation plant’s linear screen replacement.
