NMS Named “2025 Outstanding Supplier” by Wugang Zhongjia Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.

On January 16, Wugang Zhongjia Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (“Zhongjia”) successfully convened its Third Supplier Conference under the theme “Building Supply Chain Resilience Through Collaboration and Intelligent Innovation.”The conference aimed to strengthen supply chain coordination and jointly build a secure, resilient, and sustainable cooperation ecosystem. As a long-term strategic partner of Zhongjia, NMS was invited to attend the event and was awarded the title of “2025 Outstanding Supplier,” marking renewed recognition of NMS’s high-quality products and reliable services.

The cooperation between NMS and Zhongjia has spanned more than a decade, consistently driven by technology and focused on practical results. In 2012, NMS supplied its first set of crushing and screening equipment to Zhongjia, earning trust through stable performance and high production efficiency.In 2014, against the backdrop of sustained pressure in the iron ore industry, Zhongjia initiated a 2.0 Mtpa low-grade iron ore crushing project. NMS technical teams participated deeply in solution evaluation and, supported by efficient process design and proven equipment capability, delivered a complete equipment package. Over the years, the production line has operated stably, achieving an actual annual output of 2.6 million tonnes, exceeding the original design capacity.

From 2016 to 2018, cooperation between the two parties was further strengthened. Zhongjia implemented a technical upgrade and capacity expansion of its primary beneficiation plant, originally designed for 3.0 Mtpa. During this period, NMS successively completed a series of projects, including the delivery of an additional 1.0 Mtpa crushing system, wet pre-separation process upgrades, and the localization replacement of imported mid-stage cone crushers and bar feeder screens.As a result, the plant’s annual processing capacity has now exceeded 5.0 million tonnes, significantly supporting Zhongjia’s efficiency improvement and cost optimization. Building on this foundation, since 2019 Zhongjia has continued to adopt NMS equipment such as MOS elliptical screens, circular vibrating screens, linear screens, and sand washers, further extending cooperation in high-efficiency beneficiation plant upgrades.

Throughout the long-term partnership, NMS has not only focused on equipment delivery and project execution, but has also continued to build a robust and reliable after-sales support system. The company has deployed dedicated service engineers for regular site visits, ensuring long-term stable equipment operation through professional technical support. To further enhance service responsiveness, NMS has established a global spare parts warehouse network, enabling rapid supply and localized support to safeguard customers’ continuous production.
