NMS Successfully Holds 2025 Annual Summary & Recognition Conference and 2026 Spring Festival Gala

On February 8, NMS successfully held its 2025 Annual Summary and Recognition Conference alongside the 2026 Spring Festival Gala. The event was themed “Driving Excellence through Innovation and Lean Management; Achieving New Milestones through the Three Transformations and One Optimization.” Chairman and President Li Shunshan gathered with all employees to review achievements, honor outstanding performers, and welcome the upcoming Spring Festival in a warm and celebratory atmosphere.


Chairman Li delivered a keynote address, expressing sincere gratitude to all employees for their dedication and hard work in supporting the Group’s development. He paid special tribute to colleagues who remain stationed on project sites at home and abroad, emphasizing that the award recipients represent only a fraction of the broader team effort behind the company’s accomplishments.Reviewing 2025, Chairman Li noted that despite industry-wide challenges, NMS achieved comprehensive progress in sales growth, new product development, lean management, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and functional support enhancement, maintaining steady and resilient growth. Entering 2026, the Group has already secured a RMB 296 million contract with Xijin Mining, marking a strong start to the year. He emphasized that in the year ahead, all NMS employees should remain committed, united, and focused on advancing toward higher objectives with determination and confidence.

The conference officially opened with an inspiring dance performance symbolizing ambition and vision. Employee-organized performances followed in succession, featuring creative song and dance acts, stage plays, dubbing shows, solo performances, recitations, and choral presentations. The program fully showcased the vitality, talent, and positive spirit of NMS employees.




During the event, the Group presented seven major annual awards: the “Pioneering Innovation” Award, the “Lean Quality Excellence” Award, the “Service Benchmark” Award, the “Team Cohesion” Award, the “Operational Efficiency Contribution” Award, the “Transformation Pioneer” Award (Three Transformations and One Optimization), and the “Strategic Breakthrough” Award (One Core, Two Wings). Each round of recognition solemnly honored teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions over the past year, drawing enthusiastic applause from the audience.

The gala also featured a lucky draw session and a traditional red-envelope presentation by company leadership, bringing moments of surprise and celebration. In addition, the Chairman hosted a special Spring Festival dinner with award-winning employees, reflecting the company’s strong respect for talent and employee care.
