NMS Wanli Plant Holds 2026 “Grand Start” Ceremony

On February 21, the fifth day of the Chinese Lunar New Year, amid a lingering festive atmosphere and the budding warmth of spring, NMS Wanli Plant held its 2026 “Grand Start” Ceremony. Filled with joy and motivation, the plant’s staff gathered together to embark on the new year’s journey of endeavor with full enthusiasm.

At the beginning of the event, all staff stood together and solemnly recited the company’s vision and mission. The resonant voices echoed across the plant, reflecting each NMS staff member’s strong sense of purpose and firm confidence in the company’s future development.

Chen Wanhai, General Manager of the Manufacturing Center, then delivered a mobilization speech to mark the start of operations. He noted that holding the ceremony during the traditional Lunar New Year period symbolizes prosperity and positive momentum for the year ahead, embodying both cultural tradition and corporate spirit. It represents the aspiration for business growth and renewed achievement, as well as the determination of all NMS staff to meet new challenges with confidence and energy. He emphasized that, in light of pressing production targets, the immediate priority is to refocus and secure a strong start. Some staff voluntarily returned to work as early as the third day of the Lunar New Year, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and setting a solid foundation for achieving the company’s annual objectives.

Addressing the production tasks for the year, Chen called on all staff to swiftly transition into full working mode, transforming the joy of the holiday into motivation and channeling festive energy into dedication and action. He stressed that safety remains the foundation of development and the prerequisite for efficiency. With current foggy and rainy conditions, all personnel must strictly adhere to operational procedures and maintain rigorous safety standards to ensure the safety and controllability of personnel, equipment, and materials. Comprehensive equipment inspections and process retraining must be completed before full production resumes, ensuring preparedness and stability in operations.

Amid warm applause, company leaders and the management team distributed “opening red envelopes” to staff. The red envelopes conveyed the company’s care and best wishes for the new year, symbolizing hopes for a prosperous and successful year ahead. Smiles filled the venue, and the atmosphere was both festive and motivating.
