Introduction

With green as the development background, it has become an inevitable trend to carry out the comprehensive utilization of mining waste rock and tailings resources. 5 million t/a solid waste comprehensive recycling project of Luanchuan Hengyu Mining Co., Ltd. is located in Luanchuan County, which is known as the “Back Garden of Luoyang” and “South Gate of Luoyang”. It is a key project and investment project of Luanchuan County.

5 million t/a solid waste comprehensive recycling project of Luanchuan Hengyu Mining was officially put into operation in January 2021. The project mainly uses stripped molybdenum ore waste to process sand and aggregates, and uses 2 sets of grizzly feeders, 2 sets of JC1300 jaw crushers, and 9 vibration screens from NMS. The project has been running for one year and a half so far, the equipment performance is stable, especially the large capacity of deep jaw crusher and low maintenance frequency. NMS vibration screen has high screening efficiency and low maintenance cost. In the subsequent technical transformation of the molybdenum concentrator, two NMS vibration screens are adopted, and the effect is very good.
