Product Introduction

The NMDL Series Desulfurization Pump is a horizontal, overhung centrifugal pump featuring a double-casing structure with replaceable hard alloy liners or rubber liners. It offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high operational reliability. The pump adopts a back pull-out design, allowing inspection or replacement of the impeller and mechanical seal without disconnecting the inlet and outlet pipelines. It is characterized by long service life of wear parts, easy maintenance, low operating cost, and high reliability.

The NMDL Series Desulfurization Pump is primarily used as a slurry circulation pump in Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) systems of thermal power plants.

1. The pump casing adopts a double-casing structure with replaceable hard alloy liners or rubber liners, providing excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability.
2. The back pull-out design allows easy inspection and replacement of the impeller and mechanical seal without disassembling the suction and discharge pipelines.
3. The impeller is made of a new FGD-specific wear- and corrosion-resistant material, combining the corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel with the wear resistance of high-chromium alloy.
4. The wet-end bearing arrangement uses double-row tapered roller bearings, while the drive-end adopts cylindrical roller bearings. The bearings are oil-lubricated, improving operating conditions and significantly extending service life.
5. The shaft sealing system adopts a cartridge-type mechanical seal specifically designed for desulfurization applications, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
