NMH/NMM/NML Series Slurry Pumps

The NMH/NMM/NML Series Slurry Pumps are horizontal, cantilevered centrifugal pumps featuring a vertically split double-casing structure. The pump casing is fitted with replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners, while the impeller is available in wear-resistant metal or rubber materials, providing excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and operational reliability. The pumps feature a robust and well-engineered design, reliable operation, and long service life. Equipped with thick wear components and heavy-duty bearing assemblies, they are particularly suitable for handling highly abrasive, high-density slurries as well as low-density slurries under high-head conditions. Within the maximum allowable working pressure of the pump, multiple pumps can be operated in series to meet higher head requirements.

The NMH/NMM/NML Series Slurry Pumps are widely used in mining, metallurgy, municipal engineering, power generation, coal, petroleum, chemical processing, building materials, and other industries.

  1. The pump adopts a horizontal, cantilevered, vertically split double-casing structure. The casing is fitted with replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners, while the impeller is available in wear-resistant metal or rubber materials, providing excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high operational reliability.
  2. The bearing assembly adopts a cartridge-type design with high-capacity bearings. Grease lubrication or oil lubrication can be selected to suit different operating conditions.
  3. The clearance between the impeller and wear plate can be adjusted to maintain high operating efficiency throughout the service life of the pump.
  4. Multiple shaft sealing options are available, including packing seal, expeller seal, and cartridge mechanical seal, to meet various application requirements.
  5. The pump can be driven by direct coupling, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupling drive, or gear reducer drive, providing flexibility for different installation and operating conditions.
  6. The discharge outlet can be installed in eight different positions at 45° intervals, allowing adaptation to various site layouts and installation requirements. Multiple pumps can also be operated in series to achieve higher discharge heads.
