NMDT Series Desulfurization Pump

The NMDT Series Desulfurization Pump is a new generation high-efficiency and energy-saving product developed by our company for Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) applications. It is designed based on user requirements and optimized through extensive absorption and integration of advanced technologies from similar products at home and abroad. The pump features a wide flow range, with a maximum capacity of up to 15,000 m³/h, and a general head range of below 100 m. It is capable of covering a wide range of operating conditions in FGD systems. The NMDT Series can be used as a large slurry circulation pump for absorption towers, as well as for limestone slurry transfer, gypsum slurry discharge, slurry recovery duty, and sump pumping applications.

Product Features

  1. High efficiency, long service life, and reliable operation.
  2. All wetted parts are made of fully metallic low-carbon stainless steel material.
  3. The low-carbon stainless steel, predominantly ferritic, offers excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and higher mechanical strength.
  4. Low hydraulic friction losses, resulting in over 3% higher efficiency compared with metallic pumps of the same specifications.
  5. The all-metal design ensures precise geometric control, high surface finish, and small assembly clearances, leading to higher volumetric efficiency. Overall efficiency is more than 5% higher than that of non-metallic pumps.
  6. Long service life of wetted components. The metallic wear plates provide superior resistance to shear-sliding abrasion compared with general non-metallic materials and can withstand long-term abrasive wear.
  7. Dynamic wear resistance is in the range of 0.008–0.08 mm/year. The material exhibits high tensile strength and maintains stable performance under long-term abrasive operating conditions.
