2025 Silk Road Festival: Pioneering a New Journey of Internationalization – NMS Group

As for active response to the national “the Belt and Road” initiative and to deeply implement its internationalization strategy and corporate vision of building an “internationally renowned brand,” NMS Group successfully held the 2025 Silk Road Festival on December 22th during the company’s “the Belt and Road International Month.” The event, themed “Gathering Strength for a New International Direction, NMS Intelligent Manufacturing Writes a New Chapter,” aimed to summarize overseas expansion experiences from a global perspective, recognize outstanding achievements, build consensus, and jointly draw a blueprint for the development of “International NMS,” helping the Group to deeply integrate into the global industrial chain and accelerate its progress towards the strategic goal of becoming a “leading global brand of mineral processing equipment and solutions.”

During the event, Mr. Li Shunshan, Chairman of NMS Group, delivered a speech in which he profoundly articulated the urgency and importance of the Group’s internationalization strategy.

Mr. Li reviewed the Group’s strategic deployment since 2024 to strengthen its presence in the international market and cultivate a global-oriented corporate culture. By comparing the similarities in the economic development stages of China and Japan and drawing on Japan’s successful experience in maintaining competitiveness through overseas expansion, he pointed out that internationalization is an essential path for Chinese enterprises to break through development bottlenecks and pursue sustainable growth.He emphasized that, given the shifting opportunities in the domestic market, going global is no longer an option but a necessity for survival and development. To this end, NMS Group must drive comprehensive and profound transformations across R&D, manufacturing, services, marketing, and financial management. It must fundamentally shift its mindset to serve global customers with world-class standards and completely break away from the constraints of domestic conventional thinking.Mr. Li called on all employees to proactively learn and actively adapt to the requirements of internationalization, including language proficiency and work standards. He also announced that the Group will reform its incentive mechanisms and project management models to stimulate organizational vitality and innovation potential. Additionally, he made it clear that during this transition, the Group will adhere to the principle of selecting the best and eliminating the weakest, providing a broad platform for capable individuals to realize their value.

The event solemnly honored outstanding individuals who made exceptional contributions to overseas business expansion and project construction. The awardees came from the Group’s Overseas Market Department, Key Account Center, subsidiary Jiangxi Gold Intelligent Service Engineering Co., Ltd. , and NMS Engineering Co., Ltd.. The honored employees then shared their personal experiences and growth stories from regions such as Africa, Pakistan, extreme cold zones, and Nigeria. From multidimensional perspectives including front line service, project execution, and turnkey project management, they presented all participants with a vivid and profound lesson in international practice.

During the discussion session, the heads of various centers and subsidiaries of the group systematically analyzed the current problems in the construction of “International NMS”, reported on the next steps for improvement and work prospects, and jointly discussed how to enhance efficiency through internal collaboration to fully support the group’s international transformation.
