Recently, five tracked mobile crushing and screening plants from NMS were shipped in a single batch for delivery to different overseas customers. The shipment includes two MT-JC Tracked Mobile Jaw Crushing Plants, one MT-MC Tracked Mobile Cone Crushing Plant, one MT-SR Tracked Mobile Screening Plant, and one MT-SH Tracked Mobile Heavy-Duty Screening Plant. Covering primary crushing, secondary and tertiary crushing, and screening, the equipment meets a range of processing requirements. Some units will be combined into mobile crushing and screening lines, while others will be delivered as standalone machines to support mobile operations in mining, infrastructure construction, and other applications.

Tracked mobile crushing and screening equipment is designed for applications where work areas are dispersed, frequent relocation is required, or fixed production lines cannot adequately serve the site. Compared with stationary plants, its key advantages include rapid commissioning without extensive civil works, lower relocation costs, shorter haulage distances by operating closer to material sources, strong site adaptability, and flexible switching between diesel and electric power. These features enable rapid capacity deployment at sites with shifting work areas, tight project schedules, or unstable power supplies.

The shipment covers several equipment types that can be configured to suit specific operating conditions. The MT-JC Tracked Mobile Jaw Crushing Plant is equipped with a JC Series jaw crusher featuring a symmetrical crushing chamber with an angle of 18–22 degrees. Its design balances throughput and wear under large-feed conditions. A heavy-duty grizzly feeder and variable-frequency speed control ensure effective feeding, while the feed hopper can be hydraulically folded and expanded. The tracked chassis is designed for applications requiring frequent relocation.
The MT-MC Tracked Mobile Cone Crushing Plant uses inter-particle compression crushing technology and integrates a quick-release screening and recirculation module. Oversize material is automatically returned for further crushing. The plant supports three power modes: mains electricity, a diesel generator set, and direct diesel engine drive.
The MT-SR Tracked Mobile Screening Plant can be equipped with a circular vibrating screen or a horizontal screen, with the number of screen decks configured according to requirements to classify materials into multiple sizes. The vibrating screen can be hydraulically raised and lowered, and the belt conveyors can be hydraulically folded. Its transport configuration complies with road width limits. Spray and air separation systems are also available to suppress dust.
Designed for heavy-duty mining applications, the MT-SH Tracked Mobile Heavy-Duty Screening Plant handles feed sizes of up to 600 mm. It is equipped with a heavy-duty apron feeder and a heavy-duty screen. The side belt conveyors can be folded at the touch of a button using a fully hydraulic system. The plant also supports wireless remote-controlled travel and PLC-based intelligent electrical control.
A representative from NMS’s mobile equipment team said, “This shipment includes equipment for different operating conditions and configuration requirements. We have made targeted arrangements for production scheduling, shipment coordination, and follow-up services. Once the equipment arrives on site, our service team will support installation, commissioning, and operator training to ensure that the plants enter operation as scheduled. We will also continue to provide spare parts and service support.”

In recent years, NMS has developed a comprehensive range of mobile crushing and screening equipment covering primary crushing, secondary and tertiary crushing, and screening. Its solutions are available in tracked, wheeled, and skid-mounted configurations to meet the needs of mining, infrastructure construction, solid waste treatment, and other applications. NMS mobile equipment has been deployed at mining and aggregates projects in China and overseas, delivering significant economic benefits to customers.

The shipment of these five plants demonstrates NMS’s capabilities in supplying complete mobile crushing and screening equipment packages and coordinating overseas deliveries. Moving forward, NMS will continue to expand its mobile crushing and screening product portfolio and strengthen its overseas delivery and service capabilities, providing efficient and flexible mobile crushing and screening solutions to more mining and infrastructure customers worldwide.
