Two International Mining Training Programs Visit NMS to Explore China’s Mining Equipment Expertise

2026.08.13

On August 11, NMS welcomed nearly 50 participants from two overseas training programs—the Mining Development and Management Training Program for French-Speaking African Countries and the Mineral Resources Development and Management Training Program for Latin America, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific. The participants visited NMS in groups for a tour and exchange. Gong Lu, Deputy General Manager of NMS Marketing Center, led the reception and extended a warm welcome to the visiting participants.

That day, the participants visited NMS’s production workshops, laboratories, exhibition hall, and Intelligent O&M Center in groups. Through on-site observation and detailed presentations, they gained an initial understanding of NMS’s development history, core products, and precision manufacturing capabilities. During the visit, many participants took photos of the factory and posed for group pictures.

At the Intelligent O&M Center, the participants showed strong interest in the system’s operational performance and fault prediction capabilities. They raised a series of questions regarding its key advantages, feasibility of overseas deployment, training and technical support for international customers, and successful applications. Liu Yueqing, Manager of NMS Intelligent O&M Research Institute, provided detailed answers. He explained that the system uses digital and intelligent technologies to reduce reliance on manual experience, enabling early warning and prevention of equipment faults, minimizing unplanned downtime, and improving overall operational efficiency. The system offers highly flexible deployment options, supporting both cloud-based deployment and independent local operation. NMS will provide overseas customers with comprehensive localized services and technical training to ensure safe production and smooth operations. Liu also noted that the system is built on mature technologies from internationally recognized companies, with secondary development independently completed by NMS’s technical team. The system has now been successfully deployed across dozens of projects in China and overseas.

At the subsequent meeting, NMS representatives provided a comprehensive introduction to the company’s overall development, business portfolio, and core capabilities. The participants then actively raised questions on topics including equipment pricing and after-sales service, applications of rock samples in the laboratory, and the company’s future development direction.

Gong Lu, Deputy General Manager of NMS Marketing Center, answered the questions based on NMS’s actual operations. He introduced NMS’s strong equipment manufacturing capabilities and extensive product portfolio, with equipment prices ranging from tens of thousands to several million yuan to meet the diverse needs of projects of different scales. In terms of after-sales service, NMS has established branches, warehouses, and offices in countries including South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malaysia, and Australia, supported by local service engineering teams that provide overseas customers with timely and professional technical assistance.

Regarding the applications of the rock samples displayed in the laboratory, Gong Lu explained that NMS uses its independently developed Rock Abrasion Index Tester and Rock Crushing Work Index Tester to analyze rock samples and obtain key parameters such as the crushing work index and abrasion index. These parameters provide a scientific basis for equipment selection and process parameter optimization, as well as fundamental support for overall plant design, thereby improving investment returns and reducing operating costs.

Speaking about the company’s development direction, Gong Lu said that NMS is actively seeking multi-level cooperation with leading companies worldwide. Through diversified models such as mining investment, EPCO general contracting, and project O&M, NMS continues to innovate its products and enhance its services, creating value for customers with more comprehensive mineral processing solutions and striving to become a leading global brand in mineral processing solutions.

The visit and exchange not only deepened the participants’ understanding of NMS’s technical capabilities and service expertise, but also built a communication bridge for deeper cooperation in the mining sector between China and countries and regions in Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific. NMS will continue to uphold its commitment to “Premium Quality for Premium Needs”, providing global mining customers with higher-quality products and services.
