Recently, the delivery ceremony of tracked mobile equipment of NMS and South Africa Sincerity project has been held in NMS. As Liu Shiqing, Chairman of Guangxi Sincerity Investment & Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangxi Sincerity) and Li Shunshan, Chairman of NMS (hereinafter referred to as NMS) announced the “official delivery” on the spot jointly, marking that three sets of MT tracked mobile equipment of NMS are about to march to South Africa, which also adds a highlight for NMS to build an international well-known brand.

MT tracked mobile crushing and screening plant independently developed by NMS adopts new crushing and screening products with firm structure and reliable performance. It is equipped with high-strength heavy tracked chassis and controlled by wireless remote control, it has the advantages of simple operation, strong mobility and convenient & fast transportation. It has two driving modes: diesel and electric. The crushing and screening operations realized by start- stop button through PLC system, which is simple to operate and easy to maintain. It adopts integrated installation and forms its own system, which can work independently or flexibly.

MT tracked mobile crushing and screening plant is like a mobile small and medium-sized crushing and processing plant with reasonable and compact layout, which can be adapted to different working conditions and be used in a short time. It has low production cost, high return and easy maintenance, which is suitable for the recycling and reuse of mine, garbage and construction waste, urban infrastructure, road and construction site.

According to the rock characteristics of high silicon manganese ore of Sincerity project in South Africa, 200 t/h design capacity, the need for frequent movement in all terrain of the mine site and rapid plant transfer, NMS technical support engineer recommended MT tracked mobile crushing and screening station for the customer, including MT1150JC tracked mobile jaw crushing plant, MT300MC tracked mobile cone crushing plant and MT1860SR tracked mobile screening plant to form a complete crushing production line. In the near future, three sets of tracked mobile crushing and screening plants will arrive at the mining site of North Cape Province, South Africa, to help the production of high silicon manganese ore.
