Smart Heavy Machinery, Green Development—NMS Showcases at 2026 Shanghai International Heavy Machinery Equipment Exhibition

From September 21 to 23, the 2026 Shanghai International Heavy Machinery Equipment Exhibition was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre under the theme “Smart Heavy Machinery, Green Development.” NMS was invited to participate in the exhibition, with a focus on showcasing ceramic slurry pump spare parts and full life-cycle solutions for mining. As the chairing member of the Crushing and Grinding Equipment Professional Committee of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Crushing and Grinding Equipment Committee”), NMS also set up a dedicated exhibition area for member companies of the committee, showcasing the achievements of industry collaboration and development.

During the exhibition, Jing Xiaobo and Xiao Liqun, Vice Presidents of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, visited the NMS booth. The association leaders spoke highly of NMS’s role in leading the industry as the chairing member of the Crushing and Grinding Equipment Committee. They noted that NMS had supported member companies of the committee in actively participating in various exhibition activities and provided strong support for the committee’s work. They also expressed recognition of the committee’s work and learned more about the production and business operations of its member companies.

At the exhibition, NMS’s ceramic slurry pump spare parts attracted many visitors. The products are designed for highly abrasive, high-concentration, and high-head operating conditions, with pump efficiency improved by 2% to 5% compared with conventional metal slurry pumps. They feature a composite structure combining a metal outer casing with a ceramic lining, while all wet-end components are made of ceramic materials and combined with a rear pull-out design, allowing maintenance without removing the piping. The wet-end components are made of reaction-bonded silicon carbide, with a service life approximately 5 to 10 times that of conventional high-chrome alloy materials. At the same time, NMS’s showcased full life-cycle mining solutions work in synergy with core products such as ceramic slurry pumps, focusing on the actual needs of mining development and operations. They provide systematic support throughout the full life cycle, demonstrating NMS’s capabilities in extending from product supply to comprehensive services.

At the booth, NMS set up a dedicated exhibition area for member companies of the Crushing and Grinding Equipment Committee, featuring Guangdong Chuangli Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., Guilin Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Harbin Hetai Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd., Hunan Jumper Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Jiangte Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Deim Technology Co., Ltd., and the Changshu Zhongcai Equipment Branch of Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. In addition, Luoyang Mining Machinery Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of CITIC Heavy Industries), Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Shankuang Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Guomao Reducer Co., Ltd., Wuhan Zhengtong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., and Liyang Zhongcai Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. also had independent booths, fully demonstrating the overall strength and industry cohesion of the member companies of the Crushing and Grinding Equipment Committee.
